Yields 1-2 Servings
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond milk or water
1/4 cup of raw cashews
1/4 cup of pecans or more cashews
2 cups of spinach or kale
1/2 avocado
1/2 English Cucumber, sliced
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp of spirulina (pure Hawaiian)
1 cup of red grapes
1 whole lime or lemon (sliced, but be sure to remove any seeds)
pinch of cinnamon
Optional: add plant based protein powder of your choice
Directions
Blend all ingredients for a few minutes in a blender or Vitamix until smooth
Pour into a glass cup and Enjoy.
Note, drinking this smoothie for a few days in a row, may result in glowing skin.
