Ingredients 1/2 of an avocado 1 slice of toast bread (homemade or Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain bread) Everything Bagel Seasoning or a pinch of Truffle salt 1 tbsp of Olive Oil 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch of greens, chopped up (Swiss Chard, Kale, or Collard Greens)
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic and chopped up greens. Sautee for a few minutes
Spread avocado on slice of toast bread
Sprinkle avocado toast with Everything Bagel Seasoning or a pinch of Truffle Salt
Spread cooked greens over avocado toast and enjoy
